MOST GUITARISTS DO NOT HAVE A CLEAR PATH TO FOLLOW TO REACH THEIR GOALS
When you are learning how to play the guitar, you don't know what you don't know. As a result, most guitarists do not know what they need to practice and in what order to reach their goals. This often leads them to try to teach themselves how to play by trial and error, which results in delayed progress and a lot of frustration.
I will help you get onto the right path to reach your goals to fast-track your progress.
MOST GUITARISTS DO NOT HAVE A CONSISTENT AND EFFECTIVE PRACTICE ROUTINE
Most guitarists do not know how to practice most effectively in order to reach their goals. The common misconception is that the way to practice is to just learn songs you want to play. But this isn't always the best method for everyone. In fact, this rarely is the best path to follow all on it's own. There are so many other components that need to be addressed in your guitar playing. Even if learning how to play songs is a big part of reaching your goals, how to actually do that most effectively is the part that most are missing.
You will receive effective training from me to help you practice most effectively to reach your goals .
MOST GUITARISTS ARE TOO FOCUSED ON LEARNING NEW STUFF AND NOT ON MASTERING WHAT THEY ALREADY HAVE LEARNED
This is such an easy trap to fall into as guitar players. Always looking for the next cool riff or idea to play, and never really mastering anything will hold you back in the long run. Whether it is the random tutorial video on Youtube, or in various articles and excerpts from magazines. Learning new stuff is not a bad thing in and of itself, but just learning something new all the time is not enough to become fluent at what you want to do. If you only learn bits and pieces of different things and don't focus on refining, mastering, and incorporating those skills with other things you have learned you will acquire a lot of basic skills but will feel stuck because you don't know how to use them in a real context or application.
You will receive have a balance of learning new things and mastery of skills you have already learned by training with me, ensuring your long term success
MOST GUITARISTS DON'T HAVE THE PROPER GUIDANCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO HELP THEM REACH THEIR GOALS
Developing your guitar playing skills will not happen overnight. It takes consistent effort over time to cultivate and develop your skills as a guitarist. Just like planting seeds in a garden, just because you don't see anything on the surface does not mean nothing is happening underground. Those seeds have to be watered and taken care off in order to grow into a tree. Developing your guitar playing skills is no different - even when you don't feel progress, you are growing and developing your skills. In fact, most of the time we don't really see the progress in ourselves until much later. The opposite can be true too: sometimes we are developing bad habits and don't even realize it. An experienced instructor will be able to point out the good and the bad, keeping you on the path you need to be on to reach your goals.
You will receive support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way when you train with me.
MOST GUITARISTS DON'T BELIEVE IN THEIR OWN ABILITY TO BECOME A GREAT GUITAR PLAYER
This one aspect will hold you back more than anything else. If you find yourself believing common myths that you either have to have natural talent or that becoming a great guitarist isn't possible for you, then you will struggle unnecessarily. To become truly great at anything, particularly the guitar, you have to believe that it is possible for you. If you are serious about learning the guitar, and trust that you can do it, I can help you reach your goals!
If you believe in yourself and commit to your success, I can help you achieve your goals. Your dreams can come true if you just believe in your own abilities.
